Sadly, our charity Breast Cancer Haven has closed
It is with great regret that the trustees and senior management of Breast Cancer Haven (BCH) announce the closure of the Charity.
Should you have any queries regarding ongoing cancer support we refer you to the “Other organisations” section on the home page of our website. Despite the charity having to close, its highly valued self-help films will remain available on YouTube to the many people around the world who might benefit from them now and in the future.
BCH’s services have been focussed for over 20 years on free personalised face to face treatment for people affected by breast cancer. Unfortunately, throughout the Covid outbreak we were unable to provide these programmes. This resulted in the closure of our service hubs and a switch in emphasis to on-line help as we endeavoured to maintain funding. Sadly our key supporters, many facing their own challenges, have been unable to help us relaunch post pandemic.
Many charities have suffered as a result of the worldwide pandemic. We have tried our very best to keep BCH afloat and we are heartbroken to have become another casualty of these difficult times. We continue to send our best wishes to the thousands of visitors who have benefitted in the past and present from treatment provided by Breast Cancer Haven. We are sorry that we are unable to continue these valuable services in the future.
We would like to extend our heart-felt gratitude to everyone who has supported us.
