This course is open to anyone, not just people affected by breast cancer


This course will support you in learning to:

  • Manage stress and boost immune system
  • Reduce the impact of difficult thoughts and feelings on emotional wellbeing
  • Manage pain and insomnia
  • Improve the quality of each day
  • Increase self-esteem and self-compassion

In each weekly session you will learn mindfulness concepts and experience mindfulness practices. You will also be invited to practice outside of the sessions and have the opportunity to discuss your experiences in the next session.
