Join Breast Cancer Haven this October and take on the Breast Stroke Challenge to help support people living with breast cancer. October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and we want you to get involved in promoting awareness alongside raising vital funds for the charity.

We're asking you to set up your own breast stroke challenge in your local pool or lido. You set your own challenge - it's as simple as that.

You can set up a distance to swim by the end of the month eg 3,100 metres which equates to 100m a day, or you can set yourself a time challenge to swim such as 15 hours across the month.
