This class is for anyone who has had surgery and/or radiotherapy for breast cancer.  We will discuss what lymphoedema is, how to minimise your risks of developing lymphoedema and we will practice a series of arm exercises which can help reduce your risks and may also relieve pain and swelling for those who have lymphoedema.

Clare will be giving a general overview of the condition and how it can be prevented or managed.

  • advice on exercises you can use at home
  • how to reduce the risks and symptoms
  • information on skincare, massage and compression garments.

For those with lymphoedema, please wear your compression sleeve.

Please wear loose comfortable clothes and flat shoes.
