Mindfulness Resilience Skills 7-Week Course

The aim of the course is to teach participants Mindfulness Resilience Skills that can help:

  • Manage stress and boost our immune system
  • Reduce the impact of difficult thoughts and feelings on our emotional wellbeing
  • Manage pain and insomnia
  • Improve the quality of each day
  • Increase our self-esteem and self-compassion

In each weekly session you will learn mindfulness concepts and experience mindfulness practices. You will also be invited to practice outside of the sessions and have the opportunity to discuss your experiences in the next session. 

This course is available to cancer patients and supporters.
