Learn to Nordic walk - Week 3

Nordic Walking is a brilliant exercise form, based on cross-country skiing. It’s an outdoor activity that will work your whole body without impacting too much on your back, knees, and ankles. You will be able to chat with fellow walkers whilst getting fitter and stronger, the group is led by our instructor Ali Allen. 

Good pair of walking boots, suitable weather clothing . A rucksack, with wide straps is advisable to carry your personal items and a bottle of water.
