Nordic Walking is a brilliant exercise form, based on cross-country skiing. It’s an outdoor activity that will work your whole body without impacting too much on your back, knees, and ankles. You will be able to chat with fellow walkers while at the same time you get fitter and stronger. How great is that?!

Please wear trainers and comfortable clothes. A rucksack, with wide straps is advisable to carry your personal items and a bottle of water. Please arrive at 10:45 am so that the group can leave promptly at 11:00 am. There will be an indoor option too, in case of bad weather.
