We will delve into which foods are best reduced or avoided to lose weight and why a 'diet' should be a temporary fix.  We will look at the all important portion sizes, plus focus on other tips and strategies, including energy restrictions, that are effective tools to support weight lose.  Critically we will demonstrate how to make healthy food taste amazing.

There are lots of tasters so it's best to arrive without having a full lunch!

The cost of the workshop is £25 per person and as our nutrition workshops are always very popular and spaces are limited, we recommend to book early to avoid disappointment.
