This is a fabulous time of the year to enjoy fresh, seasonal foods. 

During the workshop we will look at which foods are in season, the importance of eating fresh, new salad ideas to inspire your plate, Vegetarian BBQ ideas, picnic food and desserts.

The workshop will also include a tasty treat on arrival, plus copies of all recipes and an opportunity to ask our nutritional therapist questions.

The cost of the workshop is £20 per person.
