Qi Gong, also known as Chi Kung, is an ancient Chinese form of movement that promotes the flow of Qi (pronounced chee), our vital energy, through the body. Qi Gong comprises of exercises for stretching and mobilising the body and joints, attention to breathing, slow movement exercises, static postures, slow walking and meditation.

The aim of the workshop is to give participants an effortless method of improving mobility, posture and circulation and at the same time the opportunity to enjoy, appreciate and observe the benefits of Qi Gong.

Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
