Tai Chi for Relaxation and Well-being John Burgess leads this gentle tai chi class for relaxation and well-being. This class lasts an hour, but if you are more experienced with tai chi and would like to deepen your learning, there is an additional half hour at the end for which you are welcome to stay. If you are accessing our online classes from a smart phone or device, you may need to download the Zoom app before you start. All of our online classes are free to join.
