Nerina studied the brain and sleep problems for her doctorate and has since worked with thousands of people who have sleep and energy problems. Her sleep programmes are based on her own personal challenges with sleep as well as her academic and professional experience of working with a diverse range of sleep problems for almost two decades. 

She has a firm belief that good sleep is absolutely essential to our health and wellbeing on every level - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - and that it is vital to the process of healing.
