TMW benefits everyone at all ages and stages. The sequence is completed in five weekly classes. Each class builds up your understanding of the movements and gestures and the underlying principles.

With origins in Tai Chi and other similar traditions, the TMW sequence distils elements of these arts into a simple series of movements. 

As you progress you'll begin to see how the benefits gained through the sequence can be transferred to how you live your life.

The class is led by John Burgess who has been practicing Tai Chi since 2001.
