Yoga can help people affected by breast cancer as it both relaxes and energises whilst bringing flexibility, self-confidence, strength, concentration and ease. 

You'll need to wear loose, comfortable clothing and no shoes during the class. Please avoid eating a heavy meal for at least two hours beforehand. 

Megan has been teaching and practicing yoga for 20 years. The exercises she teaches were designed by BKS Iyengar for women with breast cancer.
