Wondering how you can support us even though our centres are closed? Here's some things that will really help us.

Share our social posts in your own groups and networks
You never know who might be silently struggling - just a quick share of one of our social posts will spread the word about our free breast cancer support and that we're here to help, free of charge.

Tell your friends and family about our services on your phone or zoom calls together
There are over 55,000 new cases of breast cancer each year in the UK. Mentioning us to friends and family will encourage word of mouth and might help us reach somebody struggling that doesn't yet know about us.

Browse our volunteer roles and think about what you'd like to do
Our centres are closed right now and we're not currently recruiting new volunteers, but if you think you'd like to volunteer for us post-lockdown, then browse some of the volunteer opportunities we have listed on our website and have a think about what you'd like to do.

Subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on social media
Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to keep in touch - we will update you when our centres re-open and when we're recruiting volunteers again.

Write a short testimonial about how we helped you
Have you been a visitor at one of our centres? Did you find our support helpful? We're always looking for new stories to share the impact of our work with supporters - why not write a short testimonial for us? If you'd like a hand with what to write or if you'd like to submit a testimonial, send us an email

Make a donation or fundraise for us
COVID-19 and the lockdown are having a huge impact on our ability to raise money to fund our vital breast cancer support services. If you'd like to help us and if you can afford to, we'd be so grateful for any donations you'd be able to make.

If you need breast cancer support, we're here to help. Please call us on 0300 012 0112 to speak to someone.
