Counselling can be helpful at any time following a breast cancer diagnosis. Research shows that counselling can help you cope better, reduce stress and improve your quality of life following a diagnosis of cancer. Counselling can help to relieve depression, anxiety and other kinds of distress and allows time for you to be heard. It can help you express your thoughts and feelings and can help you find solutions to problems.

Family and friends
