The sessions are done lying on the floor, so a pre- requisite to attending the class is the ability to be able to get down to the floor and back up safely and with ease.

You will need a quiet, comfortable piece of the floor with plenty of room around you on either side to move about.

Wear loose comfortable clothing, especially loose at the waist.

In order that the teacher can check you are doing the movements properly, you will ideally need to have your camera on through-out the class.  However, you won't need to watch the screen, rather just lie on the floor and while you are guided through a sequence of movements.
