Lisa Bilclough At the end of 2018 my beautiful brave big sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and metastatic breast cancer in the spine at the age of 39.
She amazes me every day with her strength, determination and courage - this is no mean feat as a single parent of 2 little ones!

Running is a recent thing for me and when I asked Vicki what charity she wanted me to raise funds for this year she chose Breast cancer haven as she intends to book in very soon, we feel the haven doesn’t get the same support of the huge charities and it is an essential part of many peoples journey.

So far I’ll be wearing my vest with pride at:
Resolution run Leeds 24/3/19.
Easter Eggstravaganza 21/4/19.
Pizza Run 1/6/19
Total Warrior 22/6/19.
Leeds 10k 7/7/19.
Yorkshire 10 mile 20/10/19.
Leeds Abbey Dash 27/10/19

This isn’t going to be an easy year for me, I’m certainly not a ‘natural’ runner but l’ll be using the millions affected by breast cancer as my strength and inspiration x

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for any support you can give, even if it’s just a ‘like or share’. Lisa Bilclough
