Get involved A gift in your Will How to do it Here's how you do it: Step 1. Decide what type of gift you’d like to leave A share of your estate (residuary gift). After gifts to family and friends (and other expenses), you can leave what is left to Breast Cancer Haven. A specified amount (pecuniary gift). You can simply specify an amount of money you’d like to leave to Breast Cancer Haven in your Will. Items of value (specific gift). Rather than leaving money, you could leave item of values – for example property, shares or jewellery. A gift a generation later (reversionary gift). You leave your estate to your dependents while they are living, but after they pass away you can specify that all, or part of it, will revert to Breast Cancer Haven. Step 2.
