On 16 March 2020 the Prime Minister’s announcement about COVID-19 changed how we lived our lives. Many people began shielding, we started working from home and social contact ceased.

One year on, through short exercises in mindfulness, journaling and Emotional Freedom Technique we will acknowledge not only what we have been through in the 12 months but how to look to the future, cultivate hope and move forward courageously.
