Instructions
- Drain 1 can of chickpeas.
- Add chickpeas to the blender along with:
- 1/8 cup veg stock
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 or 2 lemons, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- Blend on high for 2 minutes. You want the hummus to be very creamy and fluffy.
- Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one week.
