FAT FREE HUMMUS

Instructions

  1. Drain 1 can of chickpeas.
  2. Add chickpeas to the blender along with:
  • 1/8 cup veg stock
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 or 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp cumin
  1. Blend on high for 2 minutes. You want the hummus to be very creamy and fluffy.
  2. Place in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one week.
