MIXED BERRY MOCKTAIL

Ingredients:

  • Half cup almond milk
  • One cup of mixed berries (frozen)
  • One orange
  • 1 tsp honey

Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

Top Tips:

  • To boost fibre intake,1 level tsp of linseeds can be added but must be served at once.
  • For a thicker consistency, 1 banana can be added.
  • For added flair, garnish with a fresh strawberry or two
