- Half cup almond milk
- One cup of mixed berries (frozen)
- One orange
- 1 tsp honey
Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
- To boost fibre intake,1 level tsp of linseeds can be added but must be served at once.
- For a thicker consistency, 1 banana can be added.
- For added flair, garnish with a fresh strawberry or two
