Breast Cancer Haven is a dynamic and growing organisation committed to providing the best possible help to people affected by breast cancer.

We currently employ over 60 permanent members of staff across our five Breast Cancer Havens who specialise in clinical support, fundraising, marketing & communications and administration.  We also employ over 70 professional, freelance therapists. Front Desk Administrator -Wessex, P/T up to 20hrs pw
up to £18,000 pa pro rata . Up to £10,285 actual based on 20hrs pw

Breast Cancer Haven provide a comforting environment where visitors can benefit from the support of  welcoming staff and from meeting with others going through similar experiences.  The role of Front Desk Administrator will be key to ensuring our visitors receive the best possible welcome/service when they first step in the door and ensuring Breast Cancer Haven Wessex  runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

You will be responsible for welcoming visitors to our centre, making them feel comfortable and ensuring a seamless front of  house service, aswell as providing administrative support to the team. Duties will vary from managing & booking appointments, updating our website, and ensuring therapy rooms are set up for the day. You will have excellent organisational, IT & administrative skills. 

Ideally you will have experience of working within the charity or healthcare sector and be used to working in a busy environment with experience of working with volunteers.
