We currently employ over 70 permanent members of staff across our five Breast Cancer Havens who specialise in clinical support, fundraising, marketing & communications and administration. Deputy Director of Fundraising £50,000 to £55,000 pa, depending on skills & experience Full time/permanent (4 days a week will be considered) Location:- London SW6/Flexible Breast Cancer Haven is at an important stage of its evolution as it seeks to expand its services to meet the growing needs of breast cancer patients. With an ambitious expansion plan, the charity aims to support more women with breast cancer than ever before and is now seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Deputy Director of Fundraising who will be responsible for supporting the Fundraising & Communications Director in managing the fundraising function and specifically for leading and managing the regional fundraising teams. Information & Support Nurse - Wessex£18,000 pa (£30,000 FTE) p/t 3 days per week This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse or other registered health care professional with experience of working with people in a cancer environment to join our team at Wessex, Breast Cancer Haven. We are able to offer our visitors support away from a hospital environment. We provide a comforting environment where visitors can benefit from the support of welcoming staff and from meeting with others going through similar experiences. You will provide our Visitors with individual support, information and contribute to our programme of Breast Cancer Haven outreach. You will work alongside a team of experienced health professionals and complementary therapists to support the needs of our Visitors. You will meet with our visitors on a one to one basis to offer support and together to agree an individual treatment plan tailored to each individual visitor. In addition you will also support the Breast Cancer Haven Manager in raising awareness of our services in the area with other health care providers and the wider community.
