It is well known that following a diagnosis of breast cancer weight can fluctuate.

After treatment many people find they struggle to lose the weight they gained.  This can make you feel low and can alter your energy and sense of vitality, your ability to exercise and how you feel about yourself. This four-week course will help you to:

  • Understand why we gain weight and why most diets don’t work
  • Learn how to keep your blood sugar balanced to improve your energy and your waistline.
  • Examine the reasons we overeat, and help you develop a more mindful approach to eating
  • Understand and manage cravings
  • Learn why exercise is beneficial but shouldn't replace healthy eating

This course runs for four weeks on Fridays 2 October, 9 October, 16 October and 23 October.
